The team not only possesses deep technical expertise but also excellent communication skills, understanding driver preferences from their perspective and providing personalised service recommendations. “Our aftersales service team has built good relationships with long-term customers. When they need to purchase new vehicles, our dedicated Service Advisor will help refer customers to our sales team, creating a positive cycle,” Jerry notes. To maintain the team’s high service standards, management has also invested significantly in developing our talent, enabling them to keep up with the latest advancements in the new-energy vehicle (NEV) sector. “We deploy a ‘multi-year; career long’ approach to keep our colleagues informed of the latest trends. As part of this approach, colleagues receive a series of trainings, covering technical and soft skills.
